Crystal Oceanic Hotel - Ahangama

This place is a great choice for your stay! the modern design really catches the eye. the location is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Plus, it's just a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach! 🌴

Wonderful small hotel in a lovely area close to Kabalana beach area as well as the center. Large and airy rooms with a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control, etc. Favourable and stunning location, walking distance to everywhere.

Family room was luxurious and airy with very good ac;))

Some people working there were a little slow.

This place is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to visit, including Kabalana beach, a nice restaurant for lunch, and the airport.

The room was incredibly clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities like AC and a fan. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and satisfying, providing the perfect start to a day of surfing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any needs or questions we had. Despite not using it, the pool appeared to be well-maintained and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The free Wi-Fi and laundry service were both reliable and efficient.

The rooms here were clean and modern, the beds were comfortable, and there was a nice little balcony. 🌿 the breakfast was really good, offering omelets and a choice of tea or coffee. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

crystal oceanic was incredible. staff were amazing, rooms were great with good ac, breakfast was fresh, and the location was perfect for surfers. can't wait to come back next year!

Road noise was a bit bothersome.

The airport is only a 10-minute drive from here, the staff is friendly and exceptional, creating a welcoming family atmosphere, and the breakfasts are delicious with Sri Lankan treats and fresh fruit served with excellent service.

During my stay at Crystal Oceanic, I was impressed with two standout features. the room was equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning. After a long day of exploring Ahangama, coming back to a cozy bed and a cool room was extremely refreshing. the room also had a nice balcony that proved to be very useful for drying clothes. It provided a private and convenient space to hang up wet swimsuits and towels, ensuring they were ready for another day of adventure.

One minor downside I experienced during my stay was the inconsistent WiFi connection. Although the WiFi was good when it worked, there were times when it would drop or become quite slow.

Everything was fantastic.

Spacious room, fabulous power shower, heavenly bed. Delightful staff. Close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, especially the generous fruit plate. So lucky to have stayed here.

Oh, and who needs a beachfront hotel when you can just be close to it? Such a hassle being a short walk away.

We loved our stay in this luxurious hotel. The room was large, impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished with a great large bed and comfortable chairs. The bathroom was spacious and had two showers with 24/7 hot water and great water pressure. Outside, there was a lovely seating area where breakfast was served in front of our own room. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to make us a pot of nice tea or assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the option of requesting something different from the daily served fruits, toast, and omelets. We also appreciated the quiet beach nearby with surf spots and two restaurants only three minutes away. The working Wi-Fi, AC, and fan added to our comfort during the stay.

The breakfast was amazing and very filling, we had plenty of fresh fruits and local cuisine to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any requests and answer our questions. The location was also great, as we were able to easily access nearby towns and attractions. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The noise from the nearby road and traffic was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep at night or relax during the day. we found it challenging to navigate the area on foot as there were no sidewalks and we had to be cautious when crossing the busy street.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the helpful staff who arranged all kinds of transportation for us, the spacious and clean rooms, the proximity to the beach, and the wonderful breakfast with a big fruit plate every morning.

We loved the spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with lots of fruit and Sri Lankan treats, and the refreshing pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Felt at home instantly, nothing was too much trouble.
